My name is Christian Lopez.
I work as an independent creative director.

Though I come from a background in art direction and graphic design my true strengths are storytelling and visual communication.
Whether it's working as part of a multidisciplinary team with writers, directors, designers, or photographers or flying solo, the mission is always the same:

During my +15 years of experience in advertising, I worked (and keep working) for brands such as Nike, Google, Adidas, Evian, Coca-Cola, Ford, Zalando, Square, Samsung, Audi, and others. With ad agencies like Wieden+Kennedy London/Amsterdam/Tokyo, Uncommon Creative Studio, 72andSunny Amsterdam/Los Angeles, Anomaly London, We Are Pi, Ogilvy NY, Conquistadors, Droga5 Sydney, Mother NY, and Johannes Leonardo.

But it's not all about work. I try and invest as much time in my personal projects from documentary films to books to more experimental work that often overlaps with my commercial projects.

My personal and commercial work has been selected and awarded at D&AD, Cannes Lions, SXSW, Webby Awards, Slamdance Film Festival, BFI London Film Festival, Raindance Film Festival, Art Directors Club, Ciclope Film Festival, Epica, Effie, CdeC or Laus and published in places like The Wire, Numero, Pitchfork, It’s Nice That, Metal or Creative Boom.
